Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySANDRA SMITH (WHITEHEAD) January 28, 1954 - April 13, 2000 Suddenly on April 13, 2000, Sandy beloved wife of John Whitehead and mother of Chad and James Wolkoski. Sandy will be sadly missed by her husband John; sons, Chad and James; mother Jacqueline Smith; brother Bob; sister Cynthia and husband Larry; brother Leonard and brother Billy and his wife Bonnie; brother Barry and his wife Lori; sister-in-law Eleanor; nieces and nephews, Nicole, Keith, Sherry, Larry Jr., Gary, Dallas and Kyla and her many friends. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Temple, 400 Hargrave in the Buntain Chapel with Pastor Bruce Martin leading the service.
